Seasons Misting Cauldron Halloween Decoration, 7" x 9"

This 9" smoking cauldron has a nice "fog" effect and it's fun to look at the colors phasing in and out. It is very cute and certainly worth the price. We are doing witch scenes this year at our homes and, since I really like this, I just purchased another one for my sister's house. As others have mentioned, some water does spurt out of the cauldron, so use it outside or place a plastic mat underneath it. As an aside, I also purchased the hanging flame light,but sent it back because the flames look like flashing engine lights rather than a fire. I'm only mentioning this because individuals who buy these type of items tend to look for other similar type props.

this thing is amazing. I put three out and all you do is keep them filled with water (which requires an 8 oz glass dumped in every couple of hours MAX). The fogging is amazing. It's not hot. It doesn't spit water everywhere if you put it together correctly.the only issue is one thing plastic piece you need in the workings has to be cut down slightly with a pair of scissors for it to fit correctly.I wish they made BIGGER ONES.

Got this for a witch themed party. It works great and immediately starts fogging.Only surprise was how much water the fog leaves around the cauldron. It comes with a mat to help with it. But if you put anything within 6 inches of it, it will get soaked.Not a huge fan of the plastic fake bubble thing aestheticly, but it's necessary to stop water shooting everywhere.

I am beyond words for this cauldron. It's misting is superb and the cauldron is nicely styled. A definite compliment to my Halloween table. Lots of compliments.

This was a great addition to our Halloween decor for trick or treaters. They loved it! As previous reviewers have said, water will get out. I'd recommend putting this on a table that's on a hardware floor, or perhaps putting a towel on the floor where you put the cauldron. It's a little bit of a hassle, but it's soooo worth it for Halloween. You just have to do a simple assembly, put in some water (make sure you put it to the fill line, or else nothing will happen), and viola! Instant "smoke".

I Love, Love, Love this smoking cauldron. I purchased it for my last Halloween party. It was a BIG HIT. I had a witch standing behind my food table and had the cauldron sitting in front of her. It gave a nice effect. It does lightly mist a little water onto the table around it. So if you plan to do the same thing keep your breads, rolls and crackers at the other end of the table. I would highly recommend this item to anyone who loves Halloween and wants a fun prop to decorate with. It was quiet too.

This little item works just as advertised and is a great addition to my Halloween decorations. It mists very well and I am a happy customer.

I like the product however even with the mat that is provided to put under the cauldron to catch the water, isn't big enough. It ends up splashing out a lot and before long creates a small puddle. So I had to put a plastic table cloth under it and then the little mat that's provided on top of that.
