Small Tool, Big Impact: Mobility, Strength & Posture in One
As a certified personal trainer for over 15 years, I’m always looking for simple, effective tools that can make a big difference—and a slant board is one of them. This Professional Slant Board is a fantastic addition to any home gym. Most people think of slant boards just for calf stretching, which it does very well—but it’s so much more versatile than that. For strength training, I love using it for heel-elevated squats. By raising the heels, we can achieve a deeper squat—especially helpful for those with stiff ankles or tight calves—and it really targets the quads. On the flip side, I also have clients turn around and perform toes-elevated squats (toes up). This variation demands serious ankle mobility and shifts your center of balance, which increases core, glute, and hamstring engagement. I also like to cue clients to reach their hands overhead during this movement to help prevent spinal rounding. One of my favorite mobility exercises to do with a slant board is the Egoscue Wall Drop. Set the board at your desired angle with the lower edge toward a wall. Then stand on it with your heels, glutes, upper back, and the back of your head against the wall. Start with a few minutes and gradually build up. Be mindful to keep your feet straight—don’t let them turn out. This exercise is excellent for improving posture, stretching the feet and calves, opening the shoulders, and helping align the spine. In terms of quality, this slant board really stands out. It’s very sturdy—which is exactly what you want when you’re standing on it and potentially adding weights. I feel completely secure using it. The adjustable angles are easy to change, making it user-friendly for different exercises and mobility levels. The textured surface is another big plus—it provides great grip, even when I’m barefoot or wearing socks, so I never feel like I’m slipping. It is a bit bulkier to store compared to some foldable options, but honestly, I see that as a good thing. I wouldn’t feel as confident in the durability of something that fully folds flat. Plus, keeping it visible is a great reminder to use it regularly. As with any exercise tool, it’s always a good idea to consult with your doctor before starting something new. Overall, this is a high-quality, versatile piece of equipment that I regularly recommend to clients. Great for mobility, strength, and posture—definitely worth adding to your routine.

This is a very nice slant board!
Even better than I expected! I already have a couple pieces of slant and balance devices for stretching and physical therapy for my ankles knees and calves but none of the ones I had where static and adjustable. I have a couple balance boards, and an ankle one that rocks but I've been trying to do movements that require maintaining one angle. This one has a good selection and lower angles. I can only use the two lower ones at this point making this model very useful. I was impressed at the quality of materials. I started to get a cheaper brand, I mean it's just a slant board, how good does it need to be? I don't feel like it's going to break or collapse, it feels very sturdy. The texture really grips my shoes or socks. I'm able to stretch, and also do calf raises on it. The material seems to be high quality and it was assembled with no slop or gaps. There are strips on the bottom in which a hinged boards fits and it's very easy to adjust to the different angles. One thing I did do it put some polyurethane on it, it's not finished and I thought it would keep the edges nice. Probably not needed but I had it laying around. It's plain satin and you can't even tell. If nothing else it will make it easier to wipe off. got the box style one because it seemed like it would be sturdy, I already have things that are lighter weight. At the lowest angle the platform is supported on all sides. There are little pads on the bottom that seem to keep it from slipping. If I had gotten this style first I wouldn't have needed the other ones but that's ok. I never want to deal with plantar fascitis again!

Perfect
This was a few dollars more than the other model I was going to purchase, I am so glad I decided on this one. Right out of the box it is ready to use. Just decide on the height. I was able to use with confidence that it is stable, and non slipping. When you are finished, there are built in handles and you just pick it up and put it away. I highly recommend this slant board. Oh, and it also comes with instructions for exercises.

Decent product
Pros: I bought it since I found it helpful during the time doing the physical therapy session in a hospital. It does its job, and the angles are set up appropriately. (I know some would make it a wider range, but this one is strictly within the range that is medically beneficial with minimal risk.) It is also easy to carry and fold away. Cons: I do like it except it is too big that even my husband finds it too long. ( His shoe size- man size 11.5). Thus, I deducted one star.

Great for calf stretching.
This adjustable incline board is well-built and sturdy. I use it daily for calf stretches to help with my plantar fasciitis. It looks nice, works well, and is definitely worth the cost. It is easy to adjust to the angle of your preference. Highly recommended.

We use it every day!
This is a great piece of workout equipment. The non-slip is solid as we usually use it barefoot. It’s easy to fold and adjust the height as needed. I think it’s priced just right.

10/10
This baddie calf stretcher gets the job done. Trust me when I say this is worth it. Your body will thank you. I have zero complaints. The material and construction are great and it's very sturdy and durable. The grip tape holds feet in place but it's fine enough that you can stand on it with bare feet without discomfort.

Bra!
