Fantastic
Really nice for hot drinks! It isnsuper easy to clean because the lid opens up and allows you to stick a brush everywhere. The only downside is you have to really turn the cup over to get the last 10 or 20% of your drink.

One of two mug was defected
The product itself is impressive. I have been a Contigo fan for 7 years now. I ordered 2 mugs, but unfortunately, one has scratches and a partially broken lid.

Well-made and works as advertised. Looks great!
I love this mug it is everything you could want in a travel mug.It looks much richer in color then it did in the ad, a deep, dark, rich, beautiful wine or burgundy color that you will honestly love.It is easy to clean and it works as advertised. I love it.For anyone with arthritic hands - the handle is so comfortable and easy to hold.

The perfect coffee mug
I've been using this every morning for years. It suits my needs perfectly. The soft handle is a huge plus for those with smaller or older hands who get tired trying to grip around the body of an insulated mug. The Autoseal top works great... it keeps my coffee warm, then opens easily with the thumb trigger. I also like that the Autoseal top is hinged on the inside to allow easy washing with a bottle brush. The metal mug will likely last forever, but the Autoseal top wore out after three years and over a thousand uses. Even so, Contigo's warranty department cheerfully replaced the entire mug including the Autoseal top at no charge.

Pessimo
