30-Inch Built-in Electric Fireplace (SF-BI30-EB)

Amazing fireplace! We were looking for an electric fireplace for a new home we built. Our house is all electric but we wanted a fireplace with functionality and not just a light show. This fireplace has both, we get so many compliments just by turning it on by a remote control! The best part is, it acts as a fireplace should and puts out some heat! Note: we had it wired at 240v so it kicks out 10,000 BTU to warm our entire 500+ living/kitchen rooms by 3 degrees in less than 2 hours. We ordered this unit on Amazon and it arrived on schedule however our builder was behind so schedule when he unpacked the fireplace he notified us the media log kit was broken, I contacted the seller via Amazon and they sent us a new media log kit! Considering we were already over budget on our new home we were so happy they refunded us! For this alone I highly recommend ordering this fireplace through Amazon! Amazing Product and Amazing Customer Support! The fireplace is awesome I recommend it to anyone who want’s functionality and not just a light show! Lastly I bought the extra fireplace trim kit off the company website not Amazon. Unfortunately it did not fit as expected and I had to return it and had to pay shipping costs which were nearly the same price as trim kit. Lesson Learned buy it on Amazon.

Can’t believe my husband found the exact sized fireplace to replace our gas starter fireplace. Beautiful and keeps us warm. The flames and logs look quite realistic. Happy about our purchase!

This is a very nice heater. Easy to install, easy to use and looks good. I previously had a Napoleon 36” fireplace, and this has turned out to be nice upgrade. Shipping was really fast, too. I think it arrived 3 days after placing the order. Definitely recommended.

The heater on the high setting barely blows air out of the room vent at the top of the fireplace. I have tried contacting them from their web page to no avail. It is beautiful but dissapoint fan blower performance. Beautiful display enough heat for small room. I gave it 3 stars because when its off i have to put a piece of insallation in the heater vent because outside air comes into the house.

The unit is impressive in its appearance and performance! The heat settings along with the various flame brilliance make the fireplace so realistic! Am so glad to have discovered it on Amazon since similar product is several hundreds more in retail stores.
