Just received it so I can't speak for it's durability just yet. It looks nice, holds enough goodies for the price. I'm satisfied, so far so good, will report back in 6 months or if something goes wrong/breaks/tares/falls apart.3/10/21Keeps things cool for about 3-4 hours(drinks), keeps things warmed(hot), warm for about 2 hours if left in a car in the winter in Chicago, said dish will remain "room temerature" under the same conditions for about 2 more hours "ISH". Should still be edibly warm by lunch time(3-4 hours including travel time in a car with heat factored into the 3-4 hrs.) hope that helps, for the size & price I think it's a good purchase.

It doesn’t keep frozen foods frozen but it keeps cold drinks cold and warm food warm. Very spacious, can probably fit enough food for a few people but I use it for work and I keep everything in it.

I ordered this bag because the whole top is the lid, which I love! The inside is insulated and waterproof which I found to be true when I spilled my coffee creamer inside and was able to just wipe it clean. In other "waterproof" bags it soaks through the stitching but this one is totally sealed. I like the height of the bag because I can still zip it shut with tall energy drink cans upright. Very nice bag all around!

I started a warehouse job and everyone keeps their lunch boxes in cubby holes. There's no assigned space, so where you put your lunch changes daily. On top of that, buying a lunch box at the local chain stores means I'm pretty much guaranteed to have the same lunch box as several other people. I wanted one that would stand out so when I inevitably forgot which spot I put my lunch bag in, I wouldn't be left standing there going, "Ah, crap."I found and chose the space design in this one, and it definitely stands out in the lunch box lineup. Plus it's really pretty. Part of the reason I chose this one over some of the others is because I felt the metal clips would mean more durability. That part of the box does feel pretty solid and the box itself feels pretty sturdy in construction. I also chose it for the pocket because we have to leave our phones and it's easiest just to stick it in your lunch box instead of carrying an additional bag.Unfortunately, the zipper pocket I wanted to put my phone in isn't insulated enough from the rest of the lunch bag. While sturdy, the walls of the bag are kind of thin. My phone just gets way too cold in there which leads to the battery draining super fast. I found a way around this by putting it in one of the drink pockets with my hand cream between the bag and the phone. That works out, but I'd prefer it to be hidden even though theft is unlikely.And it's not just the pocket... the insulation seems a little poor all around. Cold just seeps through the bag and makes me wonder if I wasn't working indoors if it would keep my things cold all day. That said, it does do the job with just one ice pack. If I was out in the hot sun or carrying this camping or something, I might consider more. On the bright side, there is a nice bit of space in it if you needed to carry more ice.Another con - I wish the strap D rings were a little higher on the bag. I don't really carry drinks in the drink pockets because I want my drinks cold, but the D rings start under the mesh of the drink pockets which makes carrying the bag properly with anything larger than a can difficult.All in all, it's doing the job I personally need it to do and I'm satisfied enough. But I'm not sure if it'd be the right choice for everyone in all situations.
