Perfect for my needs to store dog food. The size options offered are excellent, they seal fully, keep dog food fresh and have given me exactly what I need to store pet food. The lid opens easily and seals easily with a quick spin. The quality of build is great, with very thick plastic that will last for many years of use. I would buy this again and recommend.

This food container for pet food (or bird seed, whatever!) is the best container because it actually SEALS OUT ANTS, MOISTURE & anything that might spoil the food inside. It might seem a little 'pricey', but believe me, it's worth it!! The other cheaper priced pet food containers I bought did not last more than a year. The edges broke and I got millions of ants inside about 8 lbs of cat food. I had to throw the food away. So, nuf said, right?

In the past I’ve been aggravated to open what was represented as an an “air-tight” container which I had filled with pet food to find ants. ANTS! Exactly how would ants get into an “air-tight container if it TRULY WAS AIR-TIGHT??? I admit that on those occasions I saw red instantly and exclaimed in a very “unladylike” manner. Everything is so expensive these days. So of course who enjoys throwing away money on food that becomes ant infested? Beyond the cost, I refuse to serve my pets ants. I just refuse! So I heard if this vault that claims it keeps pet food bug free and the food fresh. I had to try it. IMAGINE…. If it really was true! 💁🏼‍♀️ Well, I bought it, tried it and waited…. And waited…. And waited…. NO BUGS! My kitties get fresh, bug-free kitten food. It’s nice to buy a product that makes a claim to be air-tight and actually have it be true. Besides keeping the food fresh and pest free, I like the design of the vault as it is easy to carry, open and store. It even comes with its own dispensing cup! The convenience of ordering the appropriate size based on the size food bag you order is also a plus. You can conveniently store all the food in one container instead of breaking it up into multiple containers. I’m happy with my purchase and am sure you would be too. It’s available in convenient sizes, it’s well made and has a sturdy design. The screw-on lid is easy to use and keeps the food fresh and pest-free. All at an affordable price. Your pets will thank you…. So isn’t that reason enough to get one? Just an update…. It’s 12/11/25 and I STILL USE MY VAULTS! They look brand new because they are tough. Yes, I’ve dropped them MULTIPLE times! Oh, by the way….. never found one single ant to this day! How’s that for dependability ???? I ❤️❤️ MY VAULTS!!

After reading the reviews, and seeing so many good ones about these containers I decided to purchase 2 of them. I did read a few negative reviews, but the positive ones were more abundant. Okay, so, my food containers arrived. They look brand spanking new. The rubber seals are perfect, a scooper was included with each containers, the tags/labels were still intact on the containers. I inspected each container and the are in perfect condition. No cracks, worn seals or flaws like some of the negative reviews mentioned. I ordered the 15lb bag containers. I washed them, dried them, then poured in each of my dogs food in them. There is plenty of room. And more room to spare in each container. On the right, is Taste of the Wild Bison for puppies. On the left is Racheal Ray Grain Free Bison. These foods are small kibble. I would think-perhaps those who said 15lb bag of food wouldn't fit might have a larger kibble dog food. The larger the food, the more space between each kibble. Even on the tags that were on the containers mentioned approx. 15 lbs bag capacity "Depending on size of kibble".See pictures to see how well the 15 lb's of small kibble food fits in the containers. The containers fit nicely under the shelve in our pantry. The square shape is also nice, as it fits perfectly in there. 2 containers and a large bag of puppy training pads fit perfectly. The containers sealed nicely and are indeed airtight, the quality looks good too. Now... to use them for awhile and see how they stand the test of daily use. Will update in a few months. If I don't forget. LoL.

Easy airtight storage. Keeps food fresh.

I’ll start by saying I was this close to giving this 5 stars. I bought it to keep my cats out of my late-night snacks, because they have successfully broken into every container I’ve ever owned. At this point, I’m not even sure I live in my house… I think I just pay the mortgage while they run an organized crime ring. After multiple failed attempts to outsmart these feline felons, I had high hopes for this one. I mean… cats don’t have thumbs, right? What are they gonna do, file a petition and request opposable upgrades? Wrong. Horrifically wrong. These are not normal cats. These are highly trained, mission-focused snack assassins. It took them about two weeks….TWO WEEKS to study, adapt, and execute. Since then, they’ve completed multiple successful midnight heists with the precision of a heist movie montage. I’m fairly certain one of them is the brains and the other is just muscle. At this point, the only thing that actually keeps them out is a 15-pound dumbbell sitting on top. Not a lock. Not a latch. Not my authority as a human adult. A dumbbell. So here’s my official warning: if your feisty felines have even a hint of criminal intent, go ahead and purchase this, but do yourself a favor and grab a weight set too. You’re gonna need backup.

I have had the 15lb for almost 3 years. It works as expected. Keeps food fresh and easy to use. Even survived one of my dogs trying to open it.

First, an answer to the question so many of us have asked: the 15 lb vault holds 60 cups average-sized kibble (Purina Pro Plan, Victor, Fromm, etc.), with plenty of room for the cup measure. I appreciate the cup measure, too, because it is designed to be pretty FLAT, so it’s easy to fit it in even when the vault is full. This size is terrific for me for at home or on the road; 60 cups of my dog’s kibble equals about a month of food, which is great. It is also small enough to tuck in to the car or my pantry without a lot of wrestling involved. (Before I filled the container using a measuring cup, I would have guessed it held half that amount of food!) It seems pretty airtight and bug/mouse proof, and the lid seems to be threaded perfectly well – the lid spins on and off easily, just like it should. I like it so much, actually, that I think whenever I get a new big bag of kibble, I’ll fill this up first and set it in the pantry (cool, dark) so the kibble will stay fresher than it would in the open bag. Would a bear open this container in a millisecond? Heck yeah (they rip open CARS!). A wolf or a raccoon? Might take a minute. Lucky for me, I don’t *usually* have any of those in my house. All in all, it seems plenty good enough for my purposes. I’ll update this review if anything changes (like ants breaking in).

We use these kibble vaults for birdseed as well as dog kibble and they work perfectly! It is very good quality, plastic is durable and easy to keep clean...most of all, the lid secures tightly so the contents stay fresh AND no mice can get to it as they did with our regular plastic totes!
