Thanks for your inquiry. Our white oak pizza splits will do a fine job grilling as long as the grill is not very large.. For example, a ceramic grills, Webers and smaller wood fired grills you will get very nice results. You may even want to add some of our chunks on the side of the coals to get an added flavor on your meat. I love white oak with hickory added.
