Can i use this as an exfoliant for keratosis pilaris on the back of arms?

It also offers gentle exfoliation with alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids (AHA and BHA) that help improve the appearance of pores along with calming niacinamide and barrier-strengthening ceramides.

This is a lightweight, hydrating, full-face acne treatment that contains glycolic and lactic AHAs plus the BHA salicylic acid. It has not been tested to be used on the scalp. We hope this helps!

Is it okay to use this product with their SA cleanser as well? Or would that be too much for my skin?

In fact, you may experience quicker results with the combination of the gel and a salicylic acid cleanser.
