I'm 6'7 and 235, i work out and have pretty big pecs, tight stomach, etc. should i get an xl or xxl?

The shirt does have some stretchiness to it. I normally wear a large size shirt. I ordered a Medium as suggested. I fits great! And it isn't tight. If you normally wear a XXL shirt, I would suggest buying one size smaller... an XL.
