Works great, long term use is iffy. I'm at it's maximum size.
I purchased this unit for marathon training, and for that it works really well. I'm 6'2, 215lbs. The chest straps are at the maximum length... if you are any larger, I would not suggest this. That said, it fits quite comfortably. As I've increased my miles, I have noticed that my under-arm area rubs against the straps if I'm wearing a sleeveless shirt. With a sleeved shirt, it doesn't seem to bother me. But, I did rub myself raw around mile 20 of my progressive training. The chest pockets on the front are nice for holding your snacks. They are a little small for an iPhone pro max, but you can make it fit. (just be careful not to initiate emergency mode by pressing both sides when you slide it in)The zipper pocket holds keys, cash, small items. And there is a larger pouch area to stuff in a light rain jacket. The bladder is well made, draws easily, and holds plenty of liquid. There are two different holding mechanisms at the top for the bladder. One is a center velcro strap which works well. On each side of that there is a plastic clip and ring system. These are a bit tricky to use. The material on one side of mine has begun to fray, and I expect will not survive many more trips. That is the only reason I'm knocking a star off the review. I'd rate this GREAT for the price... and EXCELLENT if the frayed connector wasn't a worry.

Made it through a Spartan run
That's the only picture I took that includes part of the pack haha. I did the 21k Beast for the Spartan event, went through all 30 obsticles wearing the pack and it was tight to my body the whole time, the 2 front adjustable straps were nice because as i drank the liquids it came more loose and it was as simple and giving each strap a tug and once again it stayed nice and tight. Since it was cheap I didnt take any extra care with it through the obstacles, if i had to crawl on the grown with my pack dragging on the packed dirt then so be it but it came out without any damage. Filled up 1 of the front packs with a liquid iv and the other 2 with water, would recommend just the back water and the 2 front alternatives like pickle juice and some electrolytes.

A great value for a running vest
I tried a few different types of running belts and didn’t like them for multiple reasons, mostly they jostled around on my waist which I hated and they couldn’t hold enough water for my long runs, especially in the summer. I looked into running vests and was intimidated by ones that were over $100 from the reputable running brands. As a new-er runner that was a lot to sink into a product, especially since I didn’t even know if I would like wearing a vest.I figured I’d give this $20 vest from Amazon a go (and maybe invest in a more expensive one if I liked it). Turns out I LOVE this thing. It is super convenient for long runs; it is lightweight, breathable, very adjustable so no bouncing or chafing, has plenty of storage space, including plenty of pockets (zipped ones for more secure storage and easier access ones too). There is an attached whistle which I’ve never used but like having as a little safety measure. The water bladder it comes with is a nice bonus too, but just make sure you only use water in it - I made the mistake of putting electrolytes once and it’s impossible to clean the little bits of mold in the tube.I’ve been taking this on all of my long 2+ hour runs and I can hold plenty of water and everything/anything else I need. I’ve had it for 7 months now and it is holding up really well. I’ve even thrown it in the wash with no issues (not sure if it’s supposed to be machine washable). I really have no need or desire for a “nicer” (more expensive) vest, but if anything I would like to purchase the same vest in a different color.

Leaking Bladder Pouch In The Back.
My wife and I bought 2 of these vests because we do a lot of long distance running. We had to return one because it was too big for my wife. We adjusted the vest to the minimum possible size for her. It was still too big on her. She is 5'2'' and 100 lbs.The one that we kept for myself fits fine and works as intended. However, after almost a month of use, the bladder pouch in the back is leaking. I tried not to think too much of it on our last long run (12 plus miles). Maybe it was just the condensation from the cold water. Unfortunately, it was not the condensation but an actual leak. By mile 4 my lower back and shorts were all drenched from the water that leaked out. Half the bladder had leaked on me. We had to stop and dump out the remaining water. I had to finish the rest of my run with wet clothes and limited fluids to drink. This was very unfortunate.I sent the seller a message and I am waiting to hear back.
