Bought this for my wife, here's her response, The material ia vry gd soft cotton though it says made from bamboo.... Breathable fabric as it is a mesh. For those who said pads dnt stick, in their review, its a mesh which keeps changing the shape each tym we remove it. Its a pad fixator not a panty. It fixes the pad vry well no staining at all. I used it for 3wks post partum. N they can b washed n reused cloth is of vry gd quality, girls can use it for period days too. N the peculiar shape ppl are talking abt is, like boy shorts, hence the prob in sticking pads. Buy it of ur size exactly n it dies the wrk fine

Pros: So soft Very much helpful after delivery especially after C-section since stitches will be very low under Ur abdomen it is not possible to wear a underwear below the stitches. As this material is too soft It didn't hurt the stitches when it is worn even above the stitches and Ur abdomen will not be in perfect shape soon after delivery and it ll be fragile for which this fixator works better. Only disadvantage is it won't stick well with pad

It's disposable that's a good thing. But the main problem is the elastic band fall exactly over the caesarian cut line and tends to cause pain and irritation to the area. So the user needs to wear it little low which is again not a comfortable fit. Also a big problem is that it can't take the load of wet sanitary pad and tends to fall down.

Very good product to use after c-section also very comfy!
