I bought these to finally replace the excellent ISOtunes PRO 2.0 Bluetooth Earplug Headphones I bought back in 2020. I went with these instead of getting the Pro 2's again because I like the 'Aware' feature. I've been testing these new headphones all day and they're great! They come with several different ear inserts so you can find the pair that fits you. It also comes with a collar clip, so you can clip the wire to your shirt behind your neck. When working in my woodshop, I have the Aware volume at a decent level, and I can hear everything that's going on my my shop. When I use a loud tool such as my miter saw, the Aware volume drops immediately, and stays down for a few seconds after I finish with the tool. The noise reduction is perfect, and I can tell it is protecting my hearing. Yes, you can have music and Aware on at the same time! I see folks complaining about a constant hiss. That's coming from the Aware mics picking up ambient sound. If it is a problem, turn the Aware volume down and it goes away. What I would change: - If the company provides replacement ear tips, I couldn't find them.

When they were working, I really liked the product. I purchase 3 pairs of the Pro Aware for our company after doing a bunch of research. I picked them for the long battery life and was really intrigued by the Aware Technology. The first set of headphones stopped working within three weeks, the left earbud wasn’t getting any audio. It took multiple requests to have a replacement shipped out. After receiving the replacement set the second and third pair died. One with the same left earbud issue and the other wouldn’t charge. Now the replacement is having the left earbud issue. The biggest disappointment is the customer service. I have attempted to contact Isotunes for a refund with no response. For context we are a small finishing carpentry crew that works mainly indoors.

I’m just floored by how bad these are, The Aware technology is not there, when on everything is so distorted and get a crackling and pop sound, you hear someone way better with it off even in silent areas it is bad, like did they not test this to make sure they work! They are uncomfortable and clunky to put on and wear. The ear buds are too big or too small and the maddening thing is this has been a constant issue in reviews all these issues here that I list have been problems plus many I havnt even stated and this company continues to fail to address them The music change operation is really bad Battery lasts half of what they say they do, very inconsistent People can’t hear you very well when on the phone but they can hear everything else overshadowing your voice and blowing up in there ear in a none noisy area. And not on isotunes but people please stop complaining about the music volume! These are for hearing protection! If you cannot hear the music on these you have severe hearing damage and need to see a ear otolaryngologist/hearing specialist asap and a therapist for your ignorance
