Is there anything written on the back? (Like a water mark or brand name?) I need to print bookmarks on these but I need the back to be blank.

The backside has two to three very lightly printed words “EPSON” They are very faint and hardly noticeable.

Can I pour resin over this paper?

It is already a resin coated paper. I’ve never heard of pouring resin onto already coated paper. You could try
