These are neat and comfortable. I would say they give a medium support. I ordered size 11-13jr for a child with size 12 feet. They are slim fitting in comparison to others I have so leave a slight gap between the support and the shoe. They are also a tad small for a size 12 shoe. I will use them but if ordering again I will definitely go for the next size up and trim down to size.

My 10 year old doesn't have much of a arch, got him these and sadly they hurt his feet as its quite hard with little to no movement in them he had a red mark on his arch so we ended up chucking them out, hes had a different one before and they work very well and dont hurt his feet and turns his walking the right way. A bit disappointed it needs so not be so hard for little feet.

I bought these for my son as he was complaining that his feet hurt. He has quite flat feet so I ordered these to help. They arrived on time and are really good quality and hard wearing, they are in his school shoes. Most importantly, they were comfortable to use (I was worried they might bother him but they don’t and he loves them) and now his feet don’t ache any more. I ordered a size 5.5 and he is a 5 and they fit perfectly without any need to trim them. I would definitely purchase these again.

These are a god send for my son. Have bought a few of these now and they are the only reason he can wear trainers/shoes without any tears. With hypermobility these give him the support and comfort needed to go about his day. Without them he is in constant pain and needs to be carried so my back also loves these. Bargain for the improvements they give. Easily cut to the size needed and ive found they last whilst the shoe itself lasts

These are really good quality . Bought size 3/5. They fitted teenager size 4 Adidas school trainers perfectly with no cutting needed. She got used to them in a couple of days and admitted they were supportive after her reluctance to use them. They do make her a little taller (no problem there as she's small anyway) and might not fit all shoes as it makes the shoe higher. Will take them with us when shoe shopping, but recommend for fallen arch, flat feet daily support.
