Will these pleat hooks work w/ curtain round rings?

Not well. These hooks do not stay in place well,as they have no " grabbers" on the pin. They worked,but kept falling out while trying to place on rod. If ur rod is round an larger than an inch in diametr, u will have to bend each pin.

Will these hooks create a pleat on curtains that do not have a pleat?

yes, I watched a couple of YouTube on how to do...there a variety of methods for different looks.

Can these be used on curtains with back tabs?

They can if they are pinched pleat curtains also with tabs on back.
