THESE ARE THE REAL DEAL - works perfectly!
I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say I’m SO pleased with this purchase. After reading such disappointing reviews on so many other products like this I thought I was taking my chances but these are the REAL DEAL. The recordings are clear and fairly loud and the buttons are a nice color for me!(dogs color vision is limited anyway!). Now comes the work!

Older trained dogs got it right away
We're just getting started with our youngest pup Peaches, and our older dogs that were bell trained, recognized the idea quickly. Excited, to continue the work and hope my youngest dog acknowledges the buttons.

They really work!
I love these! I have a couple of sets. They work well, loud and clear. My puppy learned them very quickly. She “tells” me when we wants to eat, play, go outside, which potty she needs to do, etc. I recommend!

Didn't Work; beautiful color
They don't come with batteries or the stand and they didn't work. The QR code for directions takes you to a site that's not set up. It's a shame because they're beautiful and I was really excited but tried all 3 and nothing records.

Not too complicated to use
With a new puppy coming soon if all goes correctly, I am thinking of changing up how I train vocabulary and communication. These were fairly easy to use and work well. Now I need about 30 more of them LOL.

No Instructions, But Easy to Use
This didn't come with instructions, but it was easy to use (there's a button on the back you press for a few seconds to record your message). The AKC has some training tricks on their website for you to use with these. Ginger learned "potty" and "hungry" really quickly (like within the day). My other button is programmed for bedtime and she hasn't figured that one out yet, but we don't do bedtime as often. My other dogs aren't as quick to learn new things. These are fun for teaching basic things.

Didn’t get the stand for the buttons as advertised. Now I’m screwed because no one will help me out. What a joke
