Resistance Bands and Door Anchor for Exercise, Fitness, Physical Therapy, Pilates Workout, Stretching | 6 Feet Long

These bands are great! I broke my elbow a few months ago, and once I started doing some PT exercises with these bands, the healing improved exponentially. (NOTE: please don't use for PT without a medical professional's guidance- my doctor had given me specific exercises to do) The bands are great for regular exercise as well. The bands are colored based on resistance levels, but thankfully they also say on them: "light", "moderate", and "heavy", so you don't have to remember the colors. (I personally love that feature!) To be honest, I haven't worked up to the heavy one at all- I'm still on moderate. You really can get a strength workout from these! These do not come with a booklet of any sort, so you either need to buy one separately, or do some research online, or have another way to find out how to use them for good exercise. But if you're just looking for some bands, these are great.

I have now worked out with these bands and they are perfect for my needs. They are long enough for me to use them attached to a door for push downs/tricep exercises. I was able to wrap them around my feet to do rowing exercises also. I could tell a distinct difference in the 3 bands (light, medium, heavy) and they are marked so you don't forget which is which. The door anchor works very well. I had ordered a pair of Bixie loops and returned them because the loop design did not allow much flexibility and did not meet my needs. I can't say enough good things about the Aylio bands and I will likely buy another pair just to have in case a band breaks. Love them! Great value!

Aylio Fitness Bands and anchor are great. All it needs is a little imagination (or a book) and you have all the resistance training routines you would have in a gym contained in these exercise bands. Great for when you are away from home and want to keep a gym routine going. Also great for a good stretch routine after a run or a ride. Having used these bands at a gym, I knew what I was getting, and I'm not disappointed with the quality of the product.

These bands are great. I have been using them for about ten years. These bands do not often break prematurely - I had that happen once and the seller immediately replaced the whole set. The blue and green bands seem to last forever - I have never had one break! The red bands (the Heavy bands) seem to last six to eight months of very regular use. I could be wrong, but it seems to me that the heavy bands do not provide as much resistance as they used to. Perhaps, the manufacturer might consider producing an "extra-heavy" band of a different color. In the meantime, I may consider combining the green and red bands in my workouts.

For several months I had found and used a neck exercise machine at my gym that worked miracles for curing cricks and strains in my neck at night - strengthening the neck muscles totally cured night neck problems. When the machine was removed I was determined to find a replacement. I had never used exercise bands but realized they should be perfect for 4 direction neck work outs. I gained proficiency with them rapidly on my own and use them to maintain my neck muscles. They seem to be the prefect inexpensive solution and I like the gradual and variable resistance they provide - especially for holding the effort against the bands. A perfect, inexpensive, east to use solution for me.

I mostly ordered this set of bands for the door anchor that comes with it. I needed something that would allow me to do my PT at home on my own. If you have worked with bands and done exercises for your feet, then you know it can be hard to do if you do not have someone holding one end of the band. The door anchor is perfect for it. I truly love it, and it has allowed me to do the exercises for my feet without the band slipping out and smacking me. There is a set of instructions that contains exercises to do with the bands, which I thought was neat (but I did not need those as I am doing PT). These are my favorite fitness bands as well, I feel like they are easy to use.

We haven't used the door attachment yet, but these bands are exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter walks on her toes and we needed something that she could use to to stretch her achilles tendon. These work wonderfully and she finds it fun as well. It is great that 3 different resistances are included, because they each work well for myself, my daughter, and my husband. I have found that they are also very versatile and can be used for many exercises to work many different areas of the body. They are small and easy to store so that makes them always available for exercising and stretching.

The blue band tore as I was opening the package. It appears to have been in some heat during shipping and was stuck to itself. About four inches of one end tore off. Soaking in water for a bit probably would have prevented the tear. The other bands were fine. The torn band is still useable. Amazon gave me some credit off the price. They are decent bands and are a replacement for older ones that are breaking. Made in China.
