I purchased this heat lamp and it’s been a game changer for muscle tension and joint pain and also my ear infection. The lamp heats up quickly and provides deep, even warmth that feels therapeutic without getting uncomfortably hot. The adjustable angle makes it easy to target specific areas, and the sturdy base keeps it stable during use. After just a few sessions, I noticed real relief in my shoulders and lower back. Only negative side is there is no switch on and off button on the lamp.

We use this as a form of heat therapy for our dog (only 15 mins). The lamp itself becomes very hot to touch however also cools very quickly once turned off. Does move up and down however the lowest position is forward facing, not down. There is no switch but easily turned off at the plug. Great little lamp for the price, it's a compact size also, doesn't take up too much room, very lightweight. Happy with this purchase so far, my dogs also seem to quite like it.
