How flimsy is the stand? Can it stand on it's own without support or will I constantly be picking it up?

Can this be used basketball passing accuracy or are the targets to small? Looking at using it for a basketball obstacle course.

Hello. The targets on this net each measure 18"x18" which is large enough for a regulation size basketball, (we have tried).
