My old rotary electric toothbrush conked out, and I wanted to upgrade to something that would help with keeping my gums in good shape as well as cleaning my teeth. At a recent visit to the dentist, the tech used an ultrasonic cleaner on one of my teeth; I wanted a device that would deliver similar results that wasn't too expensive. I settled on the Triple Brush, which is a sonic cleaner (not ultrasonic), and so far, I'm very happy with it. The three brush heads are able to reach even the back of my back teeth, and the parallel brushes clean the back of my lower front teeth down to the gumline (my biggest trouble spot). I've also noticed that my teeth are less stained - I am an avid coffee drinker, so tend to have less-than-white teeth. Finally, after using the "massage" setting daily for a few weeks, I've noticed that my gums have tightened up. I didn't have problems with bleeding gums before, but I was developing some deep pockets that concerned my dentist. I'll update this review after my next dental appointment, which should confirm that this toothbrush delivers on its promises. 02.07.26 UPDATE - I've used this brush for three years, and along with regularly using antiseptic mouthwash and flossing, have cut my time at the dentist's office for cleanings from 1+ hours to 30 minutes. During the last visit, the tech (who is a perfectionist) said, "You only have buildup on the back of one tooth - all of the others just needed a quick polishing." Results matter, and I LOVE the results I've gotten from using this brush.

This is a great product for quick teeth cleaning. Unfortunately my son’s sensory issues made it too much for him to deal with, we try to make it work for 3 weeks. I called up to return it because they have the best guarantee for return if your child can’t stand it. Without hesitation after hearing about my son’s issue return the item. I did in the mean time try it on me and would definitely recommend this product for others to try. Specially if you introduce this type of tooth brush early (my son is 13) I can see how it definitely would work better than a traditional electric toothbrush. Will and have already recommended this products to others who deal with tooth brushing issues as a possible solution, wish it work for us but glad they honored the return guarantee without any issues.

This is a fantastic toothbrush. I’ve been using this model for years, and when my old one finally gave up after a long and loyal life, I didn’t even consider switching. I bought the exact same toothbrush again, because why mess with a good thing? One of my favorite features is the brush cover that comes with the extra brush heads. It’s incredibly convenient, especially if you live with a bathroom that has… let’s say enthusiastic flushing power. The cover keeps everything clean, protected, and safely out of the splash zone. Reliable, practical, and thoughtfully designed. This toothbrush does its job well and doesn’t ask questions. Highly recommend.

UPDATE Oct 2018 Started working again. Even though customer service never contacted me (see previous update below) it started working again and only intermittently the vibration seems to be lower power. When it happens, I just turn it off and on and it seems to reset it. Because I get such good dental reviews with this brush, I’m chalking up lack of customer service to an anomaly. Still have to use a regular brush to brush your tongue though, but I do it. UPDATE April 2018: Didn’t even last one year & when I emailed the office, which was once very quick in responding, haven’t heard a peep. Still evaluating whether it’s worth reordering. UPDATE Nov 2017: I just got back from my 6mos check up after using this product. The dental assistant and dentist were amazed at the difference in 6 mos! All of the areas of gum inflammation numbers have reduced. All of them! That's where they poke your gums and read off numbers. They also had to do less scraping! The areas most people need scraping are the inside front teeth, top and bottom. Of course they were like "what are you doing?" I sang praises of the triple bristle tooth brush & floss sticks!!! I'd like to keep all my teeth!! owned a Phillips Sonicare in the past and have since given it to a friend. My Sonicare vibrated so intensely, I could barely stand the tickling sensation to my nose. However, the biggest issue was I felt it likely may have caused existing cracks in my teeth to widen. I soon had tooth pain which lead to 2 crowns and eventual root canals. I still have two more cracked teeth, but I don’t have any symptoms of cracks widening when using Triple Bristle because the all 3 vibration settings are gentle. My dental hygienist takes a good bit of scraping on the inside of my teeth, despite my best efforts to brush there well. She said most people miss that area. When I saw Triple Bristle can brush all sides of your teeth at once, I really wanted to try it. I read some reviews that it is over-sized, but I couldn’t disagree more. I did have some gum sensitivity after the first week (like others have noted) but Suzanne, at Triple Bristle, assured me that it would subside. It did subside within 3-5 days after the symptoms began. I merely brushed very gently over sensitive areas until my gums strengthened. I absolutely love this toothbrush so much, I brush more often and actually look forward to it. My mouth feels so much fresher too, especially my gums. I can’t wait for my 6 month appt, so my dentist can see how well my teeth look. Follow up and customer service is AMAZING!! If you have any questions or any concerns, Suzanne answers promptly! I really expect sales on this brush to explode. Everyone should own this! I will never use a regular tooth brush again!!

2022 update: switching away from triple bristle. After the first brush was broken by trying to remove a head, I had taken to drilling out the replacement heads so they could fit the stem without breaking it. Was a bit of a hassle. I also question the quality of the brush. It vibrates but is it providing good gum care and teeth cleaning? It feels quantity over quality. When it died, I had no interest in buying a new one. It looks like water got into it which probably fried it. I went with a bit more expensive alternative, not three bristles but a much deeper clean, I can definitely feel the difference. Update. Two stars upgraded to 4. You can see from the picture that the head snapped off. They were always snug into the stem and required a lot of force. Removing the heads daily between two users inevitably was too much for it. That said, I reached out to customer service, they had me complete a Warranty Claim (triplebristle.com/pages/warranty-claim-form) and they replaced it free of charge. We had to use our old, mundane electric toothbrush while this was broken and it just isn't the same. So as a cleaning device, high marks! Just a design flaw that makes it break easily. Hopefully it is fixed in later updates. Original, outdated review below: This was (RIP) a pretty effective deep cleaning tool. I've been on the electric toothbrush bandwagon for at least a decade now and after switching to this triple headed monster, my teeth have never been cleaner. I use it for the full two minutes (on max power of course) so yeah, I get an effective SIX minutes of brushing. Anyway, we always found it to be onerous to switch the heads. I went so far as to lubricate the stem, thinking a little wear would eventually ease it on and off. As you can see, rather than eventually smooth out, it sheared clean off after a very brush-eager wife put a little too much English on it.

I really like this toothbrush so far. I’m a dentist, but I have zero affiliation with this product. I was looking for replacement brushes for our sonicares when I came across this here on Amazon. I’ve been recommending Sonicare to patients for 20+ years, but I have quite a few folks that use those and still somehow do a poor job of brushing. I think the design of this toothbrush will help decrease poor brushing technique issues. The toothbrush does need to be pushed down over the teeth so that the bristles engage the gum tissue, but once you’ve done that, you only have to slowly glide it along each quadrant of your mouth. I bought one for each family member and even my 16y/o son loves it. I hadn’t heard of this toothbrush before randomly seeing it on Amazon, so the company really needs to start marketing this dentists. Though the price might seem expensive, I think it’s probably a pretty good investment and could save some people money and heartache in the long run.

As a dentist, I have seen the difference that electric toothbrushes can make for someone's dental health. Gums become firmer, bleed less and become less sensitive. The sonic vibrations also help to disrupt bacteria and create micro bubbles that get into places that manual toothbrushes can't reach. I am exposed to a variety of different electric brushes from several different companies. The Triple Bristle is the only one that makes brushing fool proof. You don't have to think about positioning the bristles properly for maximum effectiveness. The brush does it for you. That's why the 3 sided design is superior to all other brushes. I personally use it and recommend it to my patients because I know it will make a big difference in the health of their gums and teeth. Here are a few tips for people who are new to Triple Bristle based on some feedback from my patients: 1. It's a completely different way of brushing so be patient. It takes a bit of time (sometimes up to 2 weeks) to get used to positioning the brush head so that it doesn't tickle. As you use it longer and longer you will find that it does a great job and feels very comfortable in your mouth. 2. Even though you can brush for a shorter period with the Triple Bristle, I still recommend brushing the entire two minutes so that you get the same benefits as brushing 6 minutes with a conventional toothbrush. 3. Use a toothpaste that isn't overly abrasive. Look up the toothpaste abrasiveness value when picking a toothpaste and make sure it's below 70. An abrasive toothpaste can remove enamel if used for long periods of time. 4. Read the manual that comes with the toothbrush. It has a lot of great information that can help with your oral health. 5. Continue to floss or use some sort of interdental cleaning device. No toothbrush can completely replace flossing or cleaning between teeth (not even if they claim that it does). 6. This sonic toothbrush is especially beneficial for people with a history of gum disease, lots of dental restorations, special needs, dexterity issues or anyone who wants to have an easier time brushing their teeth properly. I take good care of my teeth, so when I saw this on a list of helpful products I went to Amazon to check it out. The original item was battery-operated and someone mentioned that it could be a little hard to open and change batteries but that there was this rechargeable model. Since I do sometimes have trouble opening things and prefer to lead a stress and frustration-free life, I decided to spend a little more and get this. I have used it three times and have noticed a positive difference from the first brushing. After only three uses, the tough tartar in a hard to clean area feels clean! I experienced no tickling or getting used to except for switching from one side of the mouth to the other, but that is not a big deal. It beeps after 30 seconds so that you can clean each quadrant equally, just like the expensive models of other brands of electric toothbrush. The only thing I wish was different is that it could be tighter around my teeth. I guess there's no way to design this differently as people have different size teeth, as even the teeth in my own mouth are different sizes. The instructions suggest pushing the brush against the front of the teeth, and then the back, and that does work. Funny-looking thing, but I intend to use it instead of my old electric, as I feel a positive difference in the cleaning. Glad I purchased and would recommend.

I didn’t purchase as studied it on and off with reviews I have a mentally and physically disabled daughter people said that if your teeth were not contoured then this would be hard to work as it needs to follow the natural curve of the mouth well I was going to buy just a toothbrush to see if that worked but as she hates getting her teeth brushed I didn’t feel I could make it clean as well as an electrical toothbrush would clean quickly So I eventually took the plunge to take a chance on it as she’s a lot older and I didn’t want anything to develop in her mouth I was so glad I did although at first I thought I’d need to return it as the light to show it was charging didn’t come on until a couple of hours left it 24hrs to fully charge and tried it bit awkward at first but she didn’t complain as she usually dose honestly after 5 days of use the difference in her mouth is amazing I always trying to get the back of her teeth this does front and back cleaning deeper than I ever could and I am relieved that she tolerates better than her standard expensive electric toothbrush I used for years VERY HAPPY MOTHER

Hi there I bought this toothbrush a week ago and wow I have never had a toothbrush as nice as this one I have bought toothbrushes £150 and toothbrushes what I've been a little bit cheaper I didn't know anything about this toothbrush two it was at my address since I have been using it my teeth shine I have got no plaque at back of my teeth all the toothbrushes I have bought for years I have never had or should I say they have not been very good but for some reason this one is absolutely brilliant I just can't believe how nice my teeth look yes I do smoke even my teeth look cleaner now then they are ever had even my gums look better as well I have gave this five stars but in my own opinion I would give this a hundred out of 100 I do not work for them I am a normal guy looking for a new toothbrush and while I really wow I fell onto a good toothbrush ear I look forward to brushing my teeth now in the morning and I look forward to brushing my teeth at night as well thank you so much to this company I I can't recommend this toothbrush enough sorry if some words are wrong as I am dyslexic and I read into the phone so once again my apologies if some words are wrong
