Bought this product for my travel after seeing how handy it is. Knowing the price point I thought it would be a good buy. But on the second use underwater, the first adjustment disintegrated from the main body. just lucky that I'm scuba diving in shallow water when I extend it. Tried to send an email to the company's website but received no response. I would not recommend this product if you intend to buy this.

I needed a strong lightweight and not ridiculously long "selfie stick" for recording my hikes using my phone. This Sandmarc is easy to use. Lightweight. Strong. The handle is very grippy even when my hands are sweaty or wet. I bought a cell phone holder with an action camera mount to go on the end. Works perfectly !

First impression, wow this is quality made. Very strong metal with a very solid feel. good / easy locking mechanisms and has good length adjustment and will fit in any backpack. The grip is a really nice durable and comfortable rubber with a simple wrist lanyard that has a sliding lock on it so you wont drop it. It is all metal no plastic. The only thing that surprises me is that the nut is not attached to the mounting like any other system? being all metal not sure why this is. You might have to be careful not to drop the nut when taking it off, on the other hand if you do you could easily but a pack of 50 at a hardware store for nothing! I highly recommend this pole for action camera users!!!

Easy to use above and underwater.I have taken it down to 30+ meters without any issues.I have used this model now for four years and just recently purchased a new one for my new GoPro Hero 9.Highly recommended.
