This power bank works great and I also like the fact tnat it is so thin and compact.

I really really enjoy this charger. I go on work trips to convenient centers and it is nice to have as a little back up. As much as bag space isn’t usually limited it is nice to have for after an event you can just throw it in your pocket and its not bulky and the cord isn’t obnoxiously long. I also really like using it for festivals. I go to 3-5 music festivals a year and about 10-15 concerts. Bag space is always limited at those events and it is perfect in a pocket or in a fanny pack. It wont fully charge your phone all day but it shouldn’t. I am a live in the moment person. But phones do lose some battery throughout a day with calls, texts, a few pictures, and sometimes forgetting to shut the screen off. I love that it gives a boost to get through the day.For customer service they are fantastic. I lost my Apple cable and I emailed the company to purchase a replacement. They said they would send a complementary replacement for me. I was fully willing to spend money on a new cable. Didn’t pay shipping for the replacement or anything. That’s excellent customer service. 10/10 I highly recommend this product. It may not be a giant power bank but it is not supposed to be its just a boost and it works perfectly for me.

I ordered this 2300mAh &1.5A Fast Charge emergency phone charger on 7/29/24 and received it soon after that. I gave it a full charge and have been carrying it around in my Ridge Air Tag "wallet" ever since. Today, 1/26/25, I tried to use it for the first time and it was stone cold dead. I attached it to my iPhone, hit the button that's supposed to start it, and nothing happened. I understand that batteries gradually lose power even when you never use them, but draining to absolute zero in six months doesn't seem reasonable. It might be acceptable if they told to charge it every week or whatever, but they don't. I'd give it zero stars if that was possible. I'm charging it now and I'll try to remember to update this review when I determine how frequently it needs to be charged to be useful. $69 is WAY too much to pay for a charge card that doesn't work when you need it.UPDATE 1/27/25It will not recharge. I plugged it into two different electrical outlets with no success. I know that outlets and the cord I used are good because I use them frequently to recharge other devices. SO, I spent around $70 for a battery backup that has never been used and now is dead less than a year after I bought it. BY THE WAY, I also bought the larger more powerful version of the Aquavault Charge Card and yesterday I used it for the first time. It recharged my iPhone 16 Pro Max from about 19% up to about 70 percent. It's been several months since I received it and charged it to 100% - so it does work, but it seems I should refresh it regularly to keep it closeer to 100 percent.

The charge took close to an hour and brought my phone charge up by 35%. What concerns me is that the chargecard got VERY hot while it was charging my phone.

Perfect for charging but doesn’t have that bulky feel to it. Will fit in your pocket with the phone, very compact. Love it.
