Can you use a gel lamp to make it dry faster?

No. The nail lamp will not do anything to the drying process. It’s air dry and drying by using the sealer.

Can this be used on natural nails?

Yes. I only use on my natural nails with not issues. Just don't pry or peel the dip off.

How do i prevent the whole piece of polish from popping off my nail after 3 days? does anyone else have this problem? is it something i'm doing wrong?

After prepping your nail as listed above, I place base gel polish and dip in translucent powder and cure with a UV light. Complete your nails as normal. When my nails are done this way, the dip stays for about 1 1/2-2 weeks without lifting.

Bought these but they're so stiff for applying building gel ??? And gel polish they pull it off !

They have a wax like coating from the factory you want to rinse off under hot water before using. With the gel polish, sometimes having a little bit of base gel on the brush helps a LOT. But definitely need to rinse the wax off before you use them.
