Treadmill Belt Lubricant - Made in USA 100% Silicone Lube Oil

This lubricant worked much better than what was supplied with my treadmill. The long tube made it easy to apply. That it is American made is a plus for me. The treadmill runs very smooth and is quieter. Qualify is definitely good. Good service on delivery from Amazon.

I gave it a 4 just because when I received it the box was covered in the oil. The seal had been popped and the lid was not on tight so I lost part of the product in transit but not enough to worry about returning it. It was really easy to use and my treadmill that had been running a little jerky is now running like it was new. I really like the the long straw on it, it makes it so easy to get to the center of the belt. The locking top is nice to have too. I will buy this product again.

I will start with the product was easy to apply. However, after I did exactly what the directions said, the lubricant pooled to the left side of the belt, and there is now about a 2 foot oil stain (in length) "on top" of the belt. In addition, I can see there is lubricant to the left side of the belt in the crack. My floors do not slope, and I used the exact amount indicated for each side of the belt. I was hoping the lubricant would make the motor quieter when the treadmill raises and lowers, but I don't really notice any change.

I've used the tube and packet style lubes and gotten gunk on my hands from both as I tried to squeeze the contents out. This delivery system works much better- you can easily squeeze out lube as you pull it back out and more evenly apply the lube. Some folks have issues getting the tube under the belt. Here is the trick shown to me by the person that replaced my walking belt: Get a wooden paint stir from a home improvement place (or sacrifice a 1' wooden ruler). [I expect a plastic one would be too flimsy. An old broom handle may work as well.] Carefully slide it under the belt (parallel to the deck) and rotate 90 degrees once it is inserted far enough (now perpendicular to the deck). The tube now has free access to the deck (and you can slide it along the stir). Rotate the stir, remove, and reinsert to taste. The only gunk you get on your hands this way is from getting the stir under the belt.

Our treadmill was constantly giving errors. Using this oil to lubricate the deck solved the issue. Will buy again when needed!
