Nutricost Kelp Tablets, 325mcg of Iodine, 240 Tablets - Non-GMO, Gluten Free

I've been taking these for just over 2 weeks and so far are effective for my excessive perspiration. Quality seems good to me; I've used other Nutricost supplements. No weird taste, I've heard this type of supplement can taste fishy. The amount of doses (size) is great for the money. 8 months worth. I started taking this for Thyroid health and I feel good, noticeably better. I don't feel an increase in energy level, at least not yet. It is working as I'd hoped though and would recommend to friends and relatives.

If you are reading this review, you might have heard that iodine helps your thyroid function correctly, right? Though that might be true, I don't believe taking this product for over 2 months now has helped me lose any weight. Lol.Is it worth taking? You have to consult your doctor and find out. For me personally though, I didn't notice any difference in how my body felt, looked or performed by taking this.I certainly didn't notice any improved thyroid activity, or any difference in my metabolism. It's definitely not a miracle pill for me. My quest continues. Lol.
