This is a pretty good phytoplankton product, and not nearly expensive as some are!

Ok, so I've never used this myself, but I bought it for my dog. I read that it would benefit her arthritis and possibly her new diagnosis of a CCL tear. We were trying anything to avoid surgery. So, in addition to rest (meaning a 3 week break from long walks), and her usual glucosamine tablet, we started her on 1/16th tsp of this daily (she is 24 lbs). After 3 weeks, she is 90% better. An occasional limp but is back to her 1 mile walk around the block. Additionally, I mix it with her wet food in the morning and she loves breakfast even more. I was worried as she can be a little picky, but she loves the addition of this. I would highly recommend this if you have a dog with joint issues.

I actually bought this phytoplankton powder as a supplement to add to my dog's food. A recent article I read claims this is a much better additive for dogs than fish oil because it does not contain toxins and metals found in fish oil. (Goldens seem to be prone to cancer - so I'm trying to be proactive early to keep her healthy for a LONG lifetime!) Well, so far my dog LOVES this sprinkled over her food (I'm only dosing her 1/16th of a teasp. daily so far) and I also decided to try this on my cat's food. In less than a week, I have noticed my cat has a heck of a lot more energy and he normally is a picky eater, but he's also gobbling his food down right away. It will be interesting to see results long-term and I will update when I see BIG changes! PS: My cat would never touch his food if I put fish oil into it, so it's pretty amazing that he will now get Omega-3 without fish oil! UPDATE: After just a few short weeks, both pets continue to do amazingly on this product. I think it's time I added this to MY diet! Sure could use the energy! Not sure if it works, but I believe the science behind it and use it in my green mix every morning. I also haven’t been sick in ages and I used to get the flu 3-4 times a year.

I eat a raw vegan diet and find this to be a great addition to my one meal a day ketogenic diet. The results are felt across the board.

I bought this for myself, but have been adding it to my dog's raw diet to raise her Omega 3 level. Now she's pressing 300 lbs and chasing Spider Man around the neighborhood. If I could just get her to keep her bones off the carpet and take out the trash . . .

Package arrived within days, sooner than the estimated delivery date. The taste is terrible, but I knew it would be so that's not a complaint. I just mix it in with my beet root powder and the taste is less noticeable. It does seem to give me more energy. I didn't order it because I needed to fix something, but rather as a preventative so I can't say much about whether it works or not. But I do have high hopes for it, and it does seem to be a quality product.

I gave it a shot hoping to experience similar effects as the liquid form from another brand which contains two strains of phtyoplankton., but it didn't live up to my expectations. I found the liquid dropper form to work much better and quicker for me.
