Update - Have tried using these for awhile now and can honestly say I HATE THEM. If the cut isn't exactly parallel, the branch ends up half cut and wedged between the 2 blades. The grip is wrong. My hand fatigues quickly. The edge quickly picked up some nicks somewhere and a burr formed on the back side. It's like they forgot to heat treat the blade. WORTHLESS!!!The red handles are too slippery. The locking key is difficult to open and close. All-in-all the pruners are just average, nothing special.The free belt carrier is almost worthless: 1- the flap is too large and gets in the way. 2- The flap has a velcro closure that requires two hands to open when putting the pruners back. 3- the opening to the carrier is too small so the pruners do not just slide in and out.

We are landscapers and regularly purchase pruning shears. I was tired of buying expensive brands only to have the crew lose them. So this time I tried two brands. These Lausihay Titanium and Gonicc 8" Professional Pruning shears. We have found the Lausihay to be superior but the Gonicc were fine.

We have a small acre that is all yard and flower beds and I spend a lot of time keeping them weeded and on one side of the property keeping the woods and vines from taking over the long bed that goes the length of the driveway. My old shears have been sharpened so many times that they just are too far gone to be sharpened anymore. My husband has several shears that fit his larger hands but because they open so wide they are hard for me to use one handed. The Titanium Pruning Shears are just right for my smaller hand and are easy for me to use and best of all they are nice and sharp to make using them easier. I have used them for only two days and LOVE them and I am getting more work done in less time. In the North Carolina summer heat when I go out early when it is cooler, that is important to me. I have used them on small Sassafras trees, lower branches of Maple and Oak trees and the shrubs around the edges of the beds to keep them nice and neat. They also work good on Virginia Creeper and the wild Grape Vines I am removing from one of our trees. The pouch is handy for storage and fits nicely on a belt or the handle of my garden tool tote bag. I look forward to going out again in the morning and getting some more trimming done on the vines, which is my current project knowing I have a great sharp pair of clippers to get more done in less time and they are easier on my hand too.

The product listing showed it as weighing less tha 3 ounces, so I orderd the shears for backpacking. The product description is a lie. They are over 9 ounces. They are of shoddy construction. The safety catch to keep them closed when not in use doesn't work. The holster is OK, so i am throwing these shears in the trash can and carrying a pair of shears that is better quality and lighter weight in the holster.

Best ones I have ever used. Cuts well, and twigs do not get stuck in the spring. Bonus feature is the leather (real) pouch. Gives you a place to put them when you don't need them. Highly Recommend.

Super crazy sharp, almost scary but makes gardening fun. I guess this is what a serial killer would use to dismember your body. Okay, I sometimes say inappropriate things...Lol 😃

Great shears. Trimmed and cut branches were an eased. It's really sharp. The only issue I have with this shears is the screw on the lock switch is really loose. If not carefully, it can easily fall off. It has a carry pouch with Velcro and for utility belt. Overall, I love this shear, I would recommend it.

Spring locked up and fell off and pin which holds blade in place fell out (dot on blade in picture)....also, blades twist around branch rather than cut thru half the time...get a name brand quality and avoid frustration and harming your trees, plants, etc
