Product is good and sturdy. Happy woth the quality of the material and it is cheaper in Amazon than local market. However, had a terrible experience in getting the delivery of the product due to the negligence of the the delivery partner (Delhivery). They kept the product with temselves for 3 days (just 2 km away from mu home) and did not deliver mentioning thay they could not arrange a pickup van for delivery. Everyday they sent a false information that, delivery was attempted but I was not available to receive the product. I would recommend to purchase this product only when this is delivered through Amazon courier service. Else Amazon don't have a control over 3rd party delivery and they cannot resolve this delivery issue.

Its a great solution for drying clothes -out of sight as the are perched on the ceiling of the balcony/room. Durable.. since all the rods are separately managed, its not heavy to raise the fully loaded stand

Good product, quality is amazing. Set includes all the required components, also gave some extra caps and screws. Drill machine required or call expert for installation.

Few screws were missing as confirmed by the installation team, when i asked why few holes are empty. Installation team told that with product we have not got the screws

Product quality okay but seller did not provide me with installation service.i booked twice,once during purchase which the seller cancelled and once more after that which was also cancelled. I had to hire technician from a shop to install the product
