La hoja del cuchillo es muy delgada. Es un buen diseño pero no es un cuchillo fuerte. El cuchillo está hecho en CHINA de acuerdo con el importador, no en ALEMANIA (ver fotos). Lo regresé a pesar de haber pagado sólo el 50% del precio normal. Yo tengo gusto por los cuchillos Wusthof Classic Ikon. Pero los cuchillos que Amazon me ha entregado son cada vez más delgados. No es el cuchillo fuerte que aparece en los reviews.

The Wusthof Ikon series are excellent value for money and this knife is no exception. Glides through tomatoes like they were made of butter. Holds its edge very well too.

Ce couteau est très efficace aussi pour couper le pain et les tomates. Il me paraît même préférable au couteau à tomate de la même marque que je trouve un peu dangereux en raison de la fourche destinée à saisir les morceaux, fourche dont on peut très bien se passer. Un peu cher quand même mais n'est-ce pas ce que l'on appelle "un coût de couteau"?
