These are good if you are looking for one without Iron, Soy. Composition is good for daily use.

Better formulation than most not the best one. No unnecessary "other ingredients". No digestive issues

I have been and still use a variety of range of unived products. This vitamins of them, I guess they are good, I don't think I am deficient in most of the vitamins, maybe one or two not meeting the rda. But in general I like unived products. But I'd like to give one star to their customer support. I sent multiple emails, no response then through what's app,they gave so late and delayed response and that too only half information. I wanted to know if I could take out the powder and take it as sometimes the capsule almost used to get stuck in my throat. And, second for which they gave no answer is ,I just enquired the difference between their basics series and whole food labeled series. Unived I believe or I assume rather to be a good brand. Keep a good customer service team man. C'mon unived. Plus I always support cruelty free nutrition.

When it comes to body building or being healthy you can trust this product to fulfill you vitamins and minerals requirement. But I feel a little problem here, that is, this product doesn't gives you 100% RDA for calcium and magnesium, for that you need to fulfill that requirement from food or supplements. And overall, this product is very good( 8.4/10).🔥🔥👍🏻👍🏻

If you looking for long time than it is best for you

This product is marketed as “premium,” but the formulation tells a different story—especially at ₹660 for just one month. Including 19 mg iron (100% RDA) in a men’s multivitamin is simply poor design. Most men do not lose iron regularly, and adding a full daily dose without medical need is unnecessary and potentially harmful over long-term use due to oxidative stress. On top of that, copper is also dosed at 100% RDA, which further increases oxidation when combined with high iron. This is exactly what a well-formulated men’s multivitamin should avoid. Despite the high price, the B-vitamin forms are not premium: • B1 is thiamine mononitrate instead of benfotiamine • B2 is riboflavin instead of riboflavin-5-phosphate • B6 is pyridoxine HCl instead of P5P Only B9 and B12 use truly high-quality forms. Worse, in India where vitamin D deficiency is extremely common, this provides just 600 IU of D3—bare minimum. Instead of unnecessary iron and copper, the formulation should have delivered at least 1000 IU vitamin D3, which would actually benefit most users. I contacted the brand respectfully with these points, but they chose not to improve the formula. Verdict: This is not a thoughtfully designed men’s multivitamin. It’s overpriced, uses non-premium vitamin forms, and includes minerals that most men should not be supplementing daily. Disappointing for a brand claiming to be “research based.”
