It took a while to get my car in to the shop to get this part replaced. The mechanic installed this and ran a test. He said the part was junk and did not work. So then I had to pay the mechanic to take it out and put another one in. Such a short time to return it. I have missed that date before I even got a chance to install it

Low Quality
The first item I received was defective with a bent shaft and the second was received with a broken mount. It does not appear that there is any oversight of the condition of products being sent out. Very disappointing.

wrong parts
A/C Pump for 2012 Subaru was wrong part for the application it was posted to be for. I sent it back twice and as I was sending it back I received then3rd one that I did not order. Then to find out I must pay a restocking charge.

Not correct for a 2012 Subaru /forester
I bought one of these, it was the wrong one. Got a replacement, also the wrong compressor for my 2012 Forester....

Doesn’t get very cold.
The product fits and works, but I will be replacing it as soon as possible as the air conditioning won’t get that cold.
