My hair stop shedding after using this product
I'm a retired Master Barber. I stood behind the chair for forty years. I got Covid three months ago and about a month ago, my hair started to shed beyond anything I've ever experienced. I started using this product and it's only been two weeks and my hair stopped shedding. The average person loses 50-100 hairs a day and up to 300 hairs a day after Covid. It's imperative to understand that hair loss and hair shedding are two very different things. Shedding means the hair wil grow back but it will take about six months after a trauma like Covid. I'm very pleased with my personal results with this product.

Amazing results!
Love this product- works great! But follow directions- two tablets per day. Great fingernails! Side effect- your toenails will need to be clipped more frequently. If you color your hair that will also need to be done much more frequently... It grows so fast. I take one tablet with breakfast- second before bed.

Effective to thicken hair and nails
I started using this product because my nails were very damaged from having gel manicures. I stopped getting gel manicures and instead use the glue on Kiss nails. These supplements helped heal my nails they also made my hair thick and my eyelashes longer!

Wired brain, no sleep
I'm the wife. Bought these because Nature's Bounty is a known established brand. I made the mistake of adding them to my bedtime meds when I got them, not quite a week ago. Big mistake. Last night was the 3rd consecutive night I was not able to sleep. Over active brain, super tired body. I have moved them to my morning meds. Could be interacting with a med I take. Hopefully that solves that. Not been long enough to see any benefit. They have their work cut out for them, for sure. Not happy about less than a month supply in each bottle. Will probably look for a replacement for when these 2 bottles are gone. Which will be in less than 2 months. BTW, both bottles combined into one just barely fills the bottle halfway. Total waste of packaging materials.

BUY THESE!!
Been using consistently for months. My nails are rock hard (after dealing with “peeling” for years. Skin hair, not sure, although I’ll say I still have both and my hair is a close second 🔥
