The size ran extra small. Looks like a lot of material but the seam was sewn for a much smaller size. No it will not fit 4X, maybe it would fit a medium or a large who has no curves (breast or behind).

Q: what is the material, why not give us this information????

All I can say is that is was shiny, slimy material which I knew would be hot 🥵. So it went back!
