Brand Premium Vaporizable Disappearing Tailor's Chalk (50 White Chalks Per Box)

These are very very thin. I did get them today and did a test marking and they mark well without being crumbly. One can't manhandle them being this thin, and I can erase the mark if I need to but being its vaporizing, I'll have to probably double up and use tailor tacks as well. My box came to me without any broken, so big ups on delivery!

Turns to sand in hands. Breaks into shards at the touch. I bought a case and never have more than a tiny broken corner while using these because they crush in my hands. Terrible product.

I like the chalk , it works as advertised, but about 1/4 of the pieces were broke, some pieces so small that can't be used!!!

This stuff is the best—comes off with a bit of steam, so there’s no need to wash crafts or garments that you’ve marked before using. Plus, now when my husband wants to borrow my marking pencil, I can just give him a piece of chalk and I still have a whole box left (and no missing pencil when he inevitability forgets to return it.) The chalk arrived in perfect condition as well, no broken pieces in the box.

Title says it all. They do what they say they're going to do. They're just a teeny bit thinner than expected, so they break rather easily.

I fit mens clothing in my work. I ordered tailor's chalk as well as a couple o seam rippers and 6" rulers. The other items were fine, but about half of the pieces of chalk were broken and unusable. I will not order the chalk again, I wll go back to finding a supply locally rather than have them shipped.

I am a professional Tailor and I recently bought this chalk because i was looking for something vaporizable (Comes of with iron and steam) Pros - It arrived on time. Ive used it on some test fabric before I used it on a client and it didnt seem to leave a residue after. Sharp edges to get a clean line on your fabric Cons - It has a Terrible chemical smell. It has a scent that honestly makes me feel uncomfortable to use. It is worse when you iron your fabric that has been marked. Ive never had a tailor chalk have a scent like this, It really seems unsafe. The box doesnt have any information about materials used to make this chalk which I find sort of unsettling. Upon reading the information I see that the marks fades shortly which isnt Ideal for a tailorlike me who will have a clients garments sitting for a time befor they are ready to be tailored. Some pieces were broken, I wouldnt blame the seller as they can be disturbed in shipment. Overall I think Im going to try and return this product because the scent really Doesnt seem right and I need a product thats going to leave a mark that lasts until I am ready to tailor the garment.
