This 100 quart cooker is a definite winner. Assembly takes only a few minutes and is very simple and straightforward. And, it comes with clear instructions. One thing I really like about this cooker is the stand that holds the burner and supports the pot. It is large and very sturdy compared to other "similar" models available. Also, this is advertised as having a 100,000 BTU burner and it is 100% true. It actually has an appropriate burner for a pot this size. It will use a considerable amount of propane but that should be expected for a unit of this size. This is definitely not your average fish fryer. We recently hosted a crawfish boil for about 20 people cooking about 85 lbs in all and it performed flawlessly. All things considered we couldnt be more pleased and very highly recommend. And as a bonus, it is absolutely cost competitive with similar models. 5+ stars for sure.

This kit is capable of handling 12 gallons of oil, which is quite large—definitely bigger than the product photos made it seem, so be sure to check the dimensions before ordering! That said, the pot and strainer are both very well-made. The burner features electronic ignition, which is convenient, and it heats up surprisingly fast. I also really appreciate the thoughtful design details, like the lid holder and the hangers inside the pot that allow the strainer basket to rest securely for easy draining. Overall, it’s a high-quality, functional setup for outdoor boiling.

Misleading information! The pot is great and well constructed. But the description says it has a 80 qt. Basket but it actually comes with a 60 qt. Basket. Haven’t used it yet, but it seems to be good quality.

Replaced our old one and this works great to feed a crowd! Easy to put together and very durable. Hoping it lasts a long time!

This thing is huge! So fun to use for large groups making southern boils!

Do not buy this item. The burner burned a hole in the pot. Will only buy stainless steel in the future. Waste of money buying aluminum.
