These are actually very good nuts! I buy a lot of mixed nuts, many brands, and I am surprised to say that this brand is among the best. The nuts are very fresh and crunchy, and you can taste the distinct flavor of each type of nut (they don’t all taste the same). Salt is just enough — not too salty, just enough to add and enhance flavor. I understand how difficult it must be for automated packing machines to distribute an exact mix of nuts in each and every bag. But the bag I received was a perfect mix of nuts. I did expect and get more cashews and almonds than pecans, hazelnuts, and Brazil nuts, but the mix was better than I have gotten in more expensive name brands. There were actually more whole pecans than I have ever received in other brands; something I was glad to see as pecans are a fav. In my bag, breakout was approximately 10% hazelnuts, 15% Brazil nuts, 20% pecans, 25% cashews, and 30% almonds. AND, since I chose to subscribe, I only paid about $15 for a full 44oz bag! I am happy all the way around and highly recommend!!

Good assortment and just the right amount of salt. Price is good for what you get. Good healthy snack. I wish they sold bigger bags.

The nuts are tasty, the price is great. However, given that you're not supposed to eat more than one or two Brazil nuts per day due to the high selenium content, there are way too many of them in the bag. Even a small handful can have several Brazil nuts, and it's a little annoying having to remove them.

Fresh, high quality nuts for a great price. I was skeptical because of the price, but these are great. The brazil nuts and almonds are undersized, but actually I like them even better when they're smaller. Strangely, the bag has more whole cashews (good sized ones) than anything else - I love cashews and they tend to be expensive, so that works well for me. I'd say there are less brazil nuts, pecans, and filberts/hazelnuts than almonds/cashews, but still a great mix and quality for the price.

I have been using a popular mixed nut product for many years and decided to check this out as the price was better than that one. Didn't expect a better product as a reduced price usually means a lesser quality. But this mixed nut product is fantastic! Nuts are very large and very flavorful. There are NO peanuts used as a filler in this product (although label states peanut oil may be used in processing) so you get much more bang for your buck. I mix this product with some dry roasted peanuts and it keeps the overall cost even lower. Also the bulk packaging is better for the environment than several canisters as used by other brands. Once empty I use the resealable bag for scraps from food prep so no stink from garbage pail. I would give this product 10 stars if I could. Will continue to buy and check out other Happy Belly products to see if the same quality exists.

Too many almonds. The almond content of this mix is way too dominant. The mix was fresh and had a good taste, but you get tired of eating so many almonds.

These are really good at a reasonable price. I buy 2 or 3 at a time because they run out of stock fairly often. I switched to them for snacking because they are healthier than chips and other junk.
