Herb Pharm Rhodiola Extract, 4 oz (Pack of 1)

I bought this some time ago. And like so many of my supplements, I probably took it for a while and then stopped. Today, out of desperation to address fatigue, I decided to give it another try. I felt energized after the first dropperful. It was more effective their Asian ginseng extract for me. I believe it also elevated my mood. I placed the extract in probably 3 parts under my tongue to minimize the sting. I don't know how long it will work, ,but I plan to finish the bottle this time to see if it makes a long-term difference.

Gives me energy, my mind works better, and got a bit of a surprise by increased sex-drive. Only problem I found was an unpleasant taste and smell in my nose that lasts several hours, but my wife didnt get the smell.

Great alternative to coffee. Healthy way to energize in the morning. Don't take it after 11am unless you want to be up late. It is expensive but lasts a long time.
