Awesome product great company
I am extremely happy with these pans, love that they are nickel free, the copper ring at the bottom give them a great look. They came with lots of easy instructions on how to season the pans and helpful hints on caring for them.I seasoned all the pans after washing them, it was easy and did not take a lot of effort or time. I used coconut oil for this. It gave them a nice sheen. I was delighted on first try to see that my eggs did not stick to the pan and clean up was a breeze.Filling out the 6 year warranty on line was effortless.Sent an email to customer service about a small dent on the rim of one frypan that would not cause a problem with the use, just to make them aware. Lawrence responded right away, was exceptional to deal with and offered to replace the pan if I wanted.I highly recommend this company and their nickel free pans, as well as their customer service.

Pretty good pans. Not hard to clean. Nickel free.
I have been searching for new pots and pans for a while. I read on many of them and their reviews. I came across these and what peaked my interest in these, is the nickel free. I am allergic to many things, including nickel. I figured I would try them out as I saw they had good reviews. It is a process to get them ready. You must wash in warm soapy water first. 2nd, you must soak a soft rag in either lemon juice or white vinegar then wash them with either then rinse throughly and towel dry. I used white vinegar. I’m not sure if the reason for this as I didn’t read anywhere where it said why. You then season the pans you want to become somewhat stick resistant. You have to heat the pans up first and test the temp with water drops. It says if the pan is too hot, or too cold with what the drops of water will do. After I finally figured out the perfect temp to heat the oil to season them, I used olive oil. You then have to let them cool for an hour before wiping the oil out. I only seasoned the two fry pans, the sauté pan and the stock pot. Tonight, I used the sauté pan and the 2.5 qt sauce pan. I boiled potatoes in the sauce pan but mashed them in another bowl altogether. I cooked ground Turkey in the sauté pan using plastic utensils to cook it with. I added mixed veggies and some cheeses and cooked both on a gas stove between medium and low heat. Nothing really stuck. When cooking the meat, it might start to stick, but just let it sit there a few minutes and it becomes unstuck. It says that once you season the pan not to wash it with soap and water to only use just water. They were easy to clean. If you wash with soap, you will have to season the pan again. Overall, I have no complaints on the cooking part. Even though it’s process to get them ready takes time, I think these are good pans and are worth the time and effort.

Good buy
I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I threw out all my yucky Teflon & bought these healthier alternatives. They look nice & are a little heavier duty. They cook very well for the most part. Sometimes things stick to them but it’s the nature of the stainless steal. I seasoned mine as soon as I got them, it helped some as far as sticking is concerned. As a rule of thumb, put your pot/pan on the element & let it heat up for approx 3 minutes or so then add your oil/fat then your food your cooking. That seems to help it from mostly not sticking.

Outstanding; The Mercedes Benz of Cookware (except not that expensive!) *****
This cookware, including customer service, FAR exceeded my expectations on all points, and even in some ways I never dreamed of. First, I was worried it was going to be "cheaply" made, because so many other brands of cookware are extremely overpriced. I never realized how much until I bought this cookware.I even went a level up, and got the 10 piece for $147.00, free ship (I have prime.) and I appreciate this company for having their product on here so I could use my free ship. It's beautiful, not at all cheaply made. That beautiful mirror finish. I pictured it with water spots all over it and looking like crap, cheap thin stuff after I used it a couple time. Well, NO!I was careful to use it how they instructed me to, which was simple and easy. They even sent a free sample of some special cleanser to scrub it with, yet I have never needed anything beyond a simple non abrasive scrubbie. The special instructions are the same for any of these that do not have non stick coating. You put the pan on the burner, heat it up a little, then add your oil or spray, wait just a wee bit, minute or two, add whatever your cooking.I have had ZERO problems with sticking food, and my two sons have cooked with them, and my husband. We don't always dry them, but instead let them dry. If you want a mirror polish on anything, go ahead and dry them, but they look great. My favorite thing is how light in weight they are! So easy to lift. I have arthritis in my hands, pretty extreme. They are lightweight, but very durable.I feel so good about this company. No body asked me to write this review.I did contact customer service with some comments, (positive) and they were impeccable responding in timely manner. Also, they send a welcome correspondence, just to make themselves available if needed and guess what. I have not got one piece of advertisement, sollicitation, or spam from them.Feel free to sign up for your warranty without fear of being bombarded by them trying to get you to buy something.I am buying another set tonight to send to my married son and daughter in law. They just moved to a new house, and with the kids getting older, etc. I decided to send a set for housewarming. My granddaughter loves to cook. The heat distribution is even; the best I've seen; they are the prettiest pots I've seen. Long handles, they do seem to get hot, but so do other handles with this type of pan. But, then often I have them on very high temp. so I don't think it's anything unique to the pans/brand. I just use something of a cooking glove if it is hot, not needed all the time.Good value for the money.Healthier. Love these, much more than I expected to.

Very disappointed with the product and their service
I used the 1QT sauce pan only a couple of times and it got the black spots/cracks. I summited a online claim (02/03/2022) and I was told they would contact me within 12 hours, but no response from them for over 19 hours now. Very disappointed with the product and their service. I will update this review when I get a response from them.Update: Homiechef agent emailed me and refunded (including shipping charges) for the damaged sauce pan as they don’t have them available in stock to replace it. I’m happy with their service now.
