Difficult to prove that these tablets are doing their job but since using these I have definitely found my digestive issues to have eased. I felt better than I have have on other probiotics.

Love the product. I’ve tried many different pro biotic and my stomach never seemed to want to adapt. This did the trick right away. I’ve found that not taking it every single day helps. It’s been very effective for a week or so and then seems to die off. It’s a good thing because it’s so expensive. I’ve been on and off these for quite some time and I do see a lot of improvement. I recommend!

More diverse list of bacteria than the basic probiotics. I take one dose a week now just to help digesting hard to digest meals (pasta with meat sauce etc.). You could use it more often if you had a round of antibiotics.
