This book is amazing, he seems to raise the bar with every new book. He explains the most complex concepts in such an accessible language, with great metaphors and humor. The reading of the book flows and both the knowledge and his fun anecdotes get well printed. I think this material is so valuable both for beginners and advanced students of astro. I tremendously enjoyed it!

Evolutionary astrology fan or not, Steven Forrest is such a gifted writer and social commentary and shepherd of the individual spirit. Must read. Full four element series (water still not published) get them all, but first know the basics of astrology for deeper context.

Forrest is amazing, and his elements series is the only one of its kind -- I've never read anywhere close to such an in-depth look at each element. This book is fantastic. Cannot wait for the next and last one (water).

For those who want a more dimensional and dynamic understanding beyond keyword cookbooks, this is for you! Will reading every book in this brilliant series ASAP.

It's a easy and fun to read. And I always found there is some richness wisdom found in every Steven's books.
