I have been involved in the supplement business for many years. I am a great believer in fish oils for many different conditions. I suffer from extreme dry eye in the summer. I guess it is a combination of sun, air-con, fans, and diet. I usually take Fish Oils and Borage Oil, which offer a great combination for the body. I am always on the lookout for good fish oil and this product is very good. It is a strong product at 1200mg with a relatively high (compared to my normal brand of fish oil) 240mg DHA and 360mg EPA. The price is okay given the strength levels. Overall this is a good product that delivers a good dose of Omega 3. Overall it offers good value and I am happy to recommend it.

Ambrosial Advanced Omega 3 1100mg 60 Softgels It comes in a plastic bottle, appropriately sealed and protected from contamination. Each soft gel measures approximately 2.5cm, so it can be challenging for most people to swallow, considering it needs to be taken once a day. It has no foul odor or aftertaste. I'm not an expert, and I rely on reliable websites, such as the NHS or my GP, to get information about this kind of supplement. No adverse effect on me after taking it for more than almost two weeks. Recommendable apart from the size.
