First and foremost, it's really soy sauce, not a mix of chemicals that appear like soy sauce.The bottle arrives packed and sealed nicely. When you open the lid, you smell real fermented aroma of soy sauce. Just right thickness. Not too goo-ey and not too runny.When you use it, be mindful that the product is naturally salty and adds great flavor to noodles or chilli chicken etc.,Other than that, I have also used it as an ingredient during baking as well as for making chilli oil. Too salty better go for lesser or none salty soy sauce
