Contains harmful Synthetic B12
This contains a synthetic version of B12 (Cyanocobalamin) and about 40 to 60% of the population cant properly digest it.....Ive read studies that have linked excess build up of synthetic B12 (Cyanocobalamin) in the body of pregnant women to children with autism. I was shocked at the research and that this specifically marketed to pregnant women. I had negative reactions from taking this vitamin and when I looked into it a bit more I found a flood of data that was shocking. Do not purchase prenatals with Cyanocobalamin!!!! Look for prenatals that contain methyl folate.

Amazing and high quality!
I have tried 4 other brands of prenatals. They all made me so ill. With my last pregnancy, I was ALWAYS deficient, no matter what. I wish I had tried these! I am now 29 weeks pregnant with twins who are growing beautifully. I have been on these prenatals for almost three months now, and I can't recommend them enough. My blood panels are coming back perfect. I do include other iron sources to get to the amount I need(molasses in milk, beef, ect), and I drink oatmilk/almond milk daily to get to the amount of calcium I need!

Pretty Good
I have tried a few different prenatal pills woth different pregnancies and this has got the be the easiest pill on my stomach. Yes it does require you to take 3 a day but i usually just take all 3 after dinner in the evenings and it is still soft on my tummy. Also my hair was very brittle and falling out with other pills and really stopped with this pill. I have just finished my bottle and Im going to keep purchasing it throughout my pregnancy. I feel good with it.

Has done wonders for my hair
I started taking this prenatal for my hair and it’s been amazing. I see more hair growth and also healthier feeling and looking hair. I’m in my 50s and this is the best I’ve found for hair
