Very good flavor, you can use it for everything. I recommend it.

Besides the unmakable springy texture, it's perfect for a low calorie meal. To get rid of the smell, rinse 3 or 4 times by swishing vigorously in a bowl of water changing the water each time. I like to soak mine in a bowl of water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar. I let it soak before I start making the sauce or doing the veg prep, then one more swishing rinse after and there is no smell or odd taste. I have also found that frying the noodles on high heat with your seasonings help it taste better ie. Fry noodles then add veg etc

I'm on a low carb diet and found these. That seemed perfect. I read the reviews first and somebody mentioned rinsing them for 10 minutes first which I definitely agree with. They need a real good rinse to get that fishy smell off. The texture comes out slightly rubbery and it doesn't digest too well. I freaked out n thought I had worms until I remembered what I'd eaten. If you want noodles and are looking for an alternative due to your diet then I recommend, just make sure you rinse well and chew well.

These things are incredible. I boiled them for one minute, then added some prawns and paprika and a few olives et cetera. It was absolutely delicious and virtually nothing with calories. It’s like magic

At least some low carb noodles that we like. They taste just like the real thing. We had a stir fry two days running as we liked them so much.

Good value, always nice to have some carb alternatives on keto to vary recipes a little.
