The rubber is firm enough to keep its shape but soft enough to erase cleanly without tearing up the paper. Even on darker pencil marks, it removes graphite smoothly with minimal pressure. What stands out most is how little residue they leave behind — the shavings clump instead of scattering, which keeps my workspace cleaner. They also don’t smear or leave that faint gray haze some cheaper erasers do. After multiple uses, the edges stay sharp enough for precise corrections.
