i didn't count the pills, but seemed to all be there. pills are a bit large, but my calcium went up, so, they work.

Great 4 seniors
Fell on tile floor in kitchen the other day - NO broken bones. I believe the calcium supplement had a lot to do with my not breaking anything but my ego.

EFFECTIVE but not easy to swallow
I get muscle cramps when I don't take calcium and magnesium. I take it religiously every night, and any time I start to get cramping. Works well, but tablets are large. They are coated so I'm able to swallow one at a time, although I am usually able to take 4 supplement capsules at a time. Would highly recommend its effectiveness.
