This is the generic to Xyzal at a fraction of the cost. It is a little small pill that is easy to swallow. It doesn't have a bad aftertaste and works really well to help with runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing that allergies cause. I have noticed it can make me a little sleepy if I take it in the daytime. I often take half a pill with great results as well. I have not noticed any other negative side effects like other allergy pills. This has been my favorite effective allergy med that we have on subscribe and save for the whole family.

Ok, I'm always a little weary of medication reviews. Let's be honest, how it affects us is really on an individual basis. With that said, I thought I'd write a review because it literally changed how I view the seasons. If it helps one person, it was worth it. As I have gotten older my allergies have gotten worth. 2024 was by far the worst. I couldn't function. I was miserable and couldn't function in the spring. I finally said I needed help. I went to the allergist and they tried to put me on a biologic but my insurance wouldn't cover it. My allergist decided to try a regiment of more common and accepted drugs. The primary was levocetirizine. At a prescribed dose and a prescription drug. To say it was life changing is not hyperbole. I ended up not needing the prescription drug and dropped it. I had tried so many allergy meds over the years with no real benefit. Levocetirizine is the first one that actually worked. And to top it off, this is super cost effective. If you have tried allergy meds before with little to no effect, try this one. Talk to your allergist to get the right dose. That is key. Good luck and I hope this review helps someone.

I have been using this for a while now and I am currently happy with the results and price. If you order the 360 count, then you get two bottles in a bigger box. Thing is, the bottle is mostly empty. So I just pour one into the other and save on space.

A great generic alternative to Xyzal without the expensive price tag.

Works just as good as the name brand (Xyzal) and 1/3 of the price! Their name brand Zyrtec works good too!
