Do you apply anything before or after applying and using this as a foundation?

Hi, This is just a highlighter that is used after applying your foundation & blush. I put it above the blush, on my nose & the corner of my eyes to give a greater impact.

Does this settle into fine lines, creases, and wrinkles?

No it doesn’t settle into that. Placement is everything. You only put where you want it to pop.

Does this have a mirror? Does this have an applicator brush? Please add more details and images showing this information.

No it doesn't have a mirror or brush
