لكن بما اني سيده فوق السبعين سنه كان صعب علي ادوس حاول فيه ابني و السائق ان يجعلوا السير عليه لي اسهل . في النهايه اعطيته ابني . السير ممتاز لكنه لا يصلح لي . شكرا جزيلا لكم 🌹

凄くしっかりした作り！
ドッシリとしたパイプの土台が重厚で壊れなさそうな作りです。 色もピンクで可愛い。角度を着けずに一番軽い負荷でやってますがかなりキツイです。 体重の軽い人なら更にかもしれない。 ふくらはぎに筋肉が着いた実感はあるけど、やり過ぎると膝が痛くなるので、歯磨きしながら朝晩３分程度の使用です。 体重が軽い女性、膝が悪い人には向かないです。 外国製だからか、負荷がキツイです。 冬はオイルが固いせいか本当に重い！ 夏、冬の使用感に差を感じます。

毎日、健康の為に使っています。抵抗バンドで腕も鍛えられますし、ステッパーの高さを変えて負荷も調節できます。天候関係なく身体が鍛えられるので大満足です。（ちなみに一軒家ですので音や振動について、私は許容範囲です）

Bel macchinario
Mi preoccupava il fatto che avesse una resistenza e durezza troppo bassa o che fosse per anziani. Fidatevi stare almeno 15-20 minuti su questo coso è una vera sfida e guardate che sono un uomo alto 1,86! Poi potete pure diminuire o aumentare la resistenza con la manovella man mano che ci fate l'abitudine. Direi che come esercizio cardio è valido al 100%! Il materiale inoltre sembra resistente e duraturo. Vale ogni centesimo.
