Excellent ingredients, taste and texture . . . . . but . . . . . .
I very much like the flavors and texture of these assorted bars. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the sugar contents per bar is 13-14g…..for people looking for a wholesome snack, this much sugar is a cause for pause. I ONLY eat these when my activity level will be high for an extended period of time so my body can burn some off. I’m NOT diabetic, I just think it’s smart to watch daily sugar content and I can’t be the only one who thinks this it’s important. To be fair, Thunderbird is not alone, ALL of the companies I’ve seen on Amazon and in the stores put too much sugar or worse, artificial sweeteners in their bars. So…..Thunderbird, why not separate yourself from the crowd and find a way to lower the sugar level, you may gain customers by doing so.🤔😁…other than that your bars are great!

They fall apart while opening, not all flavors as good
These are not large bars, they break apart when they open and many of the flavors are underwhelming or just outright bland. The texas pecan is my favorite; it actually has a strong, unique taste that is significantly different from the others. I don't think I could guess what the flavor of pretty much any bar was if I did a blind taste test. They're all just gritty nuts and fruit with other ingredients that blend in. They're not the worst thing I've ever had and probably could be worth while if they go on sale.

Absolutely love all the flavors of these bars. Great snack and supplement to a healthy diet.

Excellent flavor, very filling
First time I got the assortment. Four of the bars were great but I didn't like two of them. Not that the bars weren't good, I just don't like mocha, maca, or figs. I was skeptical about the Pecan Goji Pistachio, but it's one of my favorites. So I got the Texas mix package this time. It has that bar and the Texas Maple Pecan and Chocolate Coconut Cashew. I like both of those and also the Chocolate Almond Butter Sea Salt. Next time, I'll probably try the Chocolate Lovers, which has this and the Chocolate Coconut Cashew. I've tried a lot of brands and these are in my top three.

Healthy sugar.
I have one every morning with my smoothie. I can feel satisfied and alert until well passed lunch hour. They are moist enough to stay fresh for a week.

Meh. Not so tasty and very expensive.
Not so tasty and very expensive. These are very high sugar, although the sugar is from dates. Only 3 grams of protein. Just eat a handful of dates.
